Scope of project
Redlands was nominated by the client as the M&E contractor on this multi-apartment refurbishment project in London.
The scope of works on this project included the installation of new power and a lighting design with isolated mood settings for each apartment. LED lighting was installed throughout each apartment and the communal areas along with movement sensors. Emergency lighting was installed throughout including the communal areas of the residential development. The scope of works also included a video door entry system and fire alarm. Air conditioning was also installed with the objective of giving each apartment full control over their cooling requirements.
Building & Fabric work
Redlands was instructed to carry out all fire-stopping tasks associated with the new installations as well as decorations to the ceilings and throughout in the communal area of the development.
