Scope of project
Redlands were appointed to carry out dilapidations work and Cat A refit in order to return the property to its original condition ready for re-letting.
Challenges
Work began with the strip out of internal structures and furnishings installed by the previous tenant.
Carpet tiles were removed and the floor was made ready for a coat of Armstead grey floor paint and the black walls were repainted white.
Our team isolated and removed existing MEP services, completed EICR testing and carried out the necessary remedial work. The electrical engineers also installed new topline lighting with an emergency function in the main areas and fire escapes.
