Scope of project
Redlands have been working with the restaurant group José Pizzaro to aid with the fitting of a new kitchen in their Bermondsey branch on Bourneside Street.
Due to it being a busy kitchen we began by upgrading the mains from 100 Amps to 200 Amps and added a new three-phase distribution board in order to help to spread the power supply across all kitchen appliances.
Outside the restaurant, we installed brand-new EV charger points to aid with The Workplace Charge Scheme. To further increase the sustainability of the restaurant we also upgraded all light fixtures to energy-saving LED fittings.
We conduct reactive maintenance as well as EICR electrical testing and MEP compliance across all 5 of the sites.
