Scope of project
The scope of works included ongoing electrical upgrades for the sports hall and the mandatory compliance services. An upgrade to the incoming electrical supply was required in the scope of works to support the light fitting upgrade of LED’s in the sports hall.
Building and Fabric works
Redlands was also instructed to replace all damaged or worn ceiling tiles.
Challenges
Our operatives were working on a scissor lift from height. The upgrades had to take place in half-term and between the hire of the sports hall. We designed the programme of works in conjunction with the sports hall staff to maximise the rental periods of the space.
