Scope of project

Redlands have completed the full MEP design and installation package for this apartment block consisting of 17 dwellings and communal areas.

This project included fitting new lighting and power as well as an L2 fire alarm system for the whole building. On top of the fire alarm system, we provided an AOV system (Advanced Smoke Ventilation) to work in conjunction and clear smoke faster in the event of a fire.

This project also required our complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing services including electric boilers, domestic water services, emergency lighting and secure door entry systems for each apartment on top of a full Sky TV distribution centre.
